Consider a career as an Operating Room Nurse!
Postings are up now until November 8th for a fully funded training opportunity for RNs to specialize in Operating Room Nursing.
This full-time program, recognized by the Operating Room Nurses Association of Canada (ORNAC), will prepare you to work in one of VCH’s operating rooms. Tuition fees are paid, and you will receive full-time salary while in full-time training. In exchange for completing online modules (January to March, 2016), followed by full-time classroom, simulation, and clinical training (March to August, 2016), you will step into a full-time position in the Operating Room upon successful completion.
Applicant screening includes an interview, a shadow shift in the OR, and a dexterity test. More information on the program can be found on VCH Connect.
