Two of the engagement contest winners, Jodi Meacher and Debbie Brow, gathered with their team members this month to enjoy the pop-up party they won after sharing what engagement means to them in VCH news.

Team work drives engagement

The pop-up party provided an opportunity for the teams (LGH Emergency and Richmond Public Health) to get together informally with yummy food and door prizes delivered right to their work area. The winners were also awarded a $25 gift card and an engagement champion plaque for having their comment selected as the best example of engagement.

The final pop-up party for Patsy Aplas, Head Nurse at VGH JPOR, is planned for early December.
