We brought people together from across our health system to ask them one very important question: “If you could improve one thing about the way we deliver care, what would that be?”

Background

The Clinical & Systems Transformation (CST) project aims to improve the quality and consistency of patient care at all hospitals and sites across Vancouver Coastal Health, Provincial Health Services Authority and Providence Health Care.

The project will introduce shared electronic health records across these three health organizations.
