Win a team celebration and 2016 pink shirts!
February 24, 2016 is Pink Shirt Day and the theme is “Team Respect.”
To kickoff this year’s campaign, teams are encouraged to submit a team respect statement by January 18 (deadline extended) for a chance to win a pink pop-up party and 2016 VCH pink shirts. If your entry is chosen, your respect statement will appear on this year’s pink shirt!
Key themes from submissions so far:
To our team, respect means:
• Treating others with kindness, equality and consideration
• Cooperating as a team
• Earning trust of colleagues
• Recognizing good qualities or ideas
Enter by January 18!
1. Talk to your teammates and manager/supervisor about what respect means on your team. Ask your manager/supervisor to submit your team’s respect statement contest entry by January 18, 2016.
2. Participate in the contest by sharing what respect means to you in the comment section below or email EmployeeEngagementInquiries@vch.ca.
