IMITS Training has recently completed its move from City Square to a new location. Additionally, in a phased approach over the weekends in May, the Acute, Ambulatory, Ancillary, and Enterprise Architecture teams will be moving to a new site.

IMITS City Square Training moves to 686 West Broadway

As of May 9th, IMITS City Square Training rooms for VCH, PHC, and PHSA staff have moved to a new training facility in Suite 110 – 686 West Broadway (Broadway at Heather). This location is next door to a Starbucks and across the street from Michael’s craft store. It is also easily reachable by transit via the Cambie Canada Line Station and the 99 B-Line bus route. Additionally, Vancouver General Hospital (VGH) is just a few blocks away, and staff that require parking can use the VGH parkade on 12th Avenue.

Please note that IMITS trainings offered at VGH, West Broadway, and George Pearson Centre are not moving; only City Square-based trainings are relocating to 686 West Broadway.

IMITS Acute, Ambulatory, Ancillary, and Enterprise Architecture teams move to 1885 West Broadway

The IMITS move began on May 7th and continues over the next two weekends. The new Cypress site at 1885 West Broadway (Broadway at Cypress) is also easily accessible by transit via the Cambie Canada Line Station and the 99 B-Line bus route. When possible, transit is recommended as there is no dedicated visitor parking. Cypress will be home to approximately 200 IMITS staff, including Acute, Ambulatory, Ancillary (Radiology, Cardiology and Medical Imaging, Laboratory and Specialized Provincial & Ancillary Solutions), and Enterprise Architecture teams.
