Health Information Management (HIM) is a department of Providence Health Care that provides the following services to FH, PHC, PHSA, and VCH: patient registration, records management (“health records”), transcription/dictation, and medical coding and informatics.

Currently, HIM is undertaking a clinician services improvement effort and is seeking feedback from VCH physicians, midwives, and nurse practitioners through a short online survey and focus groups at each health organization.

Clinician input is critical to this effort as it will help HIM tailor our services to your needs for supporting patient care. The survey will ask you about:

1. HIM services you currently utilize and your satisfaction level
2. Suggestions for service improvement
