VIDEO: Physicians and clinicians provide input on new clinical information system

The Clinical and Systems Transformation (CST) project is currently conducting a series of clinical transformation workshops, which allow for participants from VCH, PHSA and PHC to assist in validating role- or clinical-based workflows. On September 22nd, ED physicians and clinicians attended a clinical transformation workshop at Lions Gate Hospital. As part of this session they reviewed the latest prototype of the new clinical information system and provided feedback based on patient flows and terminology at Lions Gate. The CST Learning team will draw from this session’s outcomes to plan for system design and future educational requirements.
