Dr. Rachelle Bernecki, of Harvard Medical School and Ariadne Labs, is coming to Vancouver to present two special rounds at VGH and SPH on November 7th. The rounds will focus on her recent research about serious illness conversations and the use of the Serious Illness Conversation Guide as a tool for improving conversations between care givers and patients or their substitute decision makers.
