The Faculty of Medicine Room Booking team will be accepting advance booking requests for 2018 for the VGH Paetzold HEC auditorium and multi-purpose room in early March 2017. The window for submitting advance booking requests will be confirmed in early February 2017. An updated communication will be sent out once the booking window dates have been confirmed.

Please be reminded that to allow for an upgrade of audio-visual systems, the Paetzold HEC auditorium will be closed July 1 to August 31, 2017, and both the Paetzold HEC multi-purpose room and atrium will be closed August 1 to 31, 2017. You will have been contacted by a representative of the FoM Room Booking team about any bookings during this period.
