Creating Person-Centred Policies
When it comes to developing good policies, we’re all in this together. Policy enables and guides action, prescribes limits, assigns responsibilities and accountibilities. Policy must be sponsored by leadership and, before approval will be granted, must pass inspection by stakeholders.
After this Lunch & Learn session, you will feel more prepared to determine if your policy should engage advisors in order to ensure that the policies that guide our work are person- and family-centred.
