Greek Fest fun was colourful and well fed thanks to local sponsors.
Lions Gate Hospital Foundation’s first annual Greek Fest raised over $5,000! A big thank you to LGH staff, our volunteers as well as to our sponsors; Cazba restaurant, Save-on-Foods, Sodexo and the LGH gastroenterologists– without this incredible support the event would not have been a success.
This sold out event was held Thursday, September 20 in the LGH gym to celebrate the launch of the Foundation’s $3 million campaign for a new Endoscopy Suite. Guests not only enjoyed a delicious Greek fare of beef, chicken and vegetarian shish kebabs, Greek salad, roasted potatoes, and dessert and but also posed for photos while dressed up with items from a tickle trunk.
Loud hats and feather boas were the uniforms of the day at the Greek Fest fun.
