Belly up to this bar….
Every day for months we are welcomed to the Gibsons Health Unit by three garden boxes filled with growing veggies. The concept was sprouted by our dietition, Meghan Molnar, to provide a constant source of ingredients for our many staff celebration potluck meals. The greens provide the base and the homemade dressings and toppings brought by all include eggs, chicken, tuna, nuts, fruit, veggies, cheeses, grains (all the food groups) making for an ever changing salad bar feast.
