I write to tell you how impressed I am with a Mr. Doug hurt in your MRi department. I have recently attended there on two occasions.
Both times Mr. Hurt was in charge of the MRI. He is not only extremely good at what he does, he goes above and beyond in the service and caring department.
I witnessed him comfort and reassure patients that were to have the imaging done for the first time and were nervous.
Personally, he took time to inform me of what would take place. On the second occasion (Feb. 8, 2014), I felt really bad as my leg had involuntary movement. Mr. Hurt was patient and comforting and he made me feel better.
