First Evergreen House Bistro receives rave reviews from North Shore residents

Residents of North Shore’s Evergreen House welcomed spring last Thursday with a special dinner at the first ever “Bistro Night” put on by Sodexo and held in the Lions Gate Hospital Cafeteria.

The sold-out dinner was a success, with 45 guests being treated to a fine dining experience with a seasonal menu of:

• Seafood Chowder
• Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken stuffed with Spinach or Pesto-Crusted Salmon
• Chocolate Lava Cakes

As one resident described it, “Very delightful, very unexpected, very well attended.  Meal was delicious!  Hope to have another one, maybe every 2 months”.
