Patient’s daughter thankful for care received in North Van

I would like to flag the wonderful, caring service and support my family has received over the last week when my father finally needed to go into respite and is now facing residential care.

Elisabeth Ash and Ruth Gillespie, my father’s case managers, were prompt, professional and compassionate in responding to our plight. I’d also like to thank Pauline Critchley at Cedarview Lodge and Karen at Margaret Fulton Centre for their care and support. Many thanks to all of them for being such great women during a very difficult time.
