LGH Foundation seeks North Shore health care heroes who go the extra mile for patients

Every day there are individuals working in health care who make a significant difference to the people they serve and frequently go “above and beyond” to achieve outstanding results. To recognize those who make this extra effort, Lions Gate Hospital Foundation funds three $1,000 awards to recognize and celebrate these exceptional people.

All Staff currently employed by VCH and working on the North Shore and all physicians with active privileges on the North Shore are eligible to be nominated.

Deadline: Monday, November 3, 2014 at 4 pm
