Stepping Stones relocates on North Shore next week
Stepping Stones, VCH-Coastal’s concurrent disorders service on the North Shore, is moving locations early next week. The move involves a one-day closure of the service (April 13th) before resuming on April 14th. The new location is:

Overview of services
Stepping Stones is a comprehensive concurrent disorders service that supports people struggling with problematic substance use or concurrent mental health and substance abuse issues. The goal is to help people stabilize their health and establish a path toward long-lasting change. Services under the program include:
- over 22 different treatment groups each week including:
- a daily SMART group
- an intensive eight week day program
- individual therapy including possible consultations with an addictions physician and a psychiatrist
- a support group for people affected by someone with a substance misuse issue
- a weekly addiction education series open to the public
- referrals to residential treatment
- medication assisted treatments
- outpatient withdrawal management and support
