Time is running out . . .

Staff in the Coastal CoC have just one more day to complete the short CST survey.

The results will help us understand where you and others are in the change journey and whether you’re receiving the news and information you need to successfully adopt the standardized clinical practices and new system.

We’ll use the results to identify what’s working for you and what’s not – and maybe even learn of some brilliant ideas we can put into place to better meet your needs.
