Local radio personalities Nat and Scooter join Claudia (with gift bag) and her friends for a coffee party

I entered a contest at VIRGIN radio and won a coffee party for my entire office!
Sitting at home one evening, tired of summer TV and reruns, I entered a contest at Virgin Radio 95.3 online, and guess what? I WON! I won a Starbuck’s Coffee Party for my entire office! (I was actually trying for the Fiat car, but was delighted with this prize too!)
They arranged the Starbucks Coffee Party for Monday morning. I invited my office colleagues, the ladies from Administration and our surgical portfolio clerks, Kathleen and Kelly to join me, along with Nat and Scooter from VIRGIN Radio. The morning DJs came to our office bearing enough coffee, tea, cookies and cake for all of us, as well as a special gift for me – a number of CDs and “I Hate Mornings” mugs. They shared lots of interesting stories and we enjoyed more than a few laughs – just like you’d expect from a morning radio crew.
It was a nice way to shake up our regular Monday morning coffee break, and a great way to start the week!
