Antique and Vintage Sale raises over $40,000

Wrapping up a treasure.

A steady stream of treasure and bargain hunters visited the Thrift Store over the two days of the sale.

The Richmond Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Store was a hive of activity last weekend with our major fundraising sale of the year. The 2012 Antique and Vintage Sale raised over $40,000, with all proceeds going to Richmond Hospital.

I would like to thank all those volunteers who gave so generously of their time and effort during the sale and throughout the year. Kudos also go to the many media and community groups that helped publicize the sale.

For those who donated items to the store, please know that your treasures have found a new home and helped our local hospital too!
