Weight Watchers is committed to providing a comprehensive approach to weight loss that is based on the latest scientific thinking and is the leading global brand in weight management.  The program is long-term as it helps you to lose weight in a sustainable way by adopting a healthier lifestyle and a new relationship with food and activity. You eat nutritious, satisfying foods that you enjoy as opposed rigid rules and eliminating foods. The result is that you lose weight at a healthy rate and keep it off!

With At Work Meetings, a trained Weight Watchers leader who lost weight with the program comes to your workplace to provide experienced guidance at weekly meetings.  Access to eTools, our internet weight-loss companion, is included.

Each Weight Watchers meeting includes a confidential weigh-in, information about the Weight Watchers approach, and a discussion of a new weekly topic related to nutrition, activity and healthy habits. In addition to the meetings, more information and communication with others can be found anytime on the WeightWatchers.ca website. Community message boards provide users with a forum to exchange weight-loss tips and strategies.

Sessions are held on Thursdays from 5-6pm in the Park Room (located next to Parkside Cafeteria, 2nd floor of North Tower). The program runs until April 4, 2013.
