Emergency staff receive accolades
People responding to the recent Geriatric Transition Nurse Survey took the opportunity to share many wonderful comments about staff, physicians and volunteers in the hospital’s Emergency Department. Below are a selection of their comments:
My visit to the Emergency Room was one of the best. I think I’ll get sick again to just visit the wonderful doctors and staff.
Very well looked after. all staff should be commended for their attention to my problem.
We would like to extend our thanks to the staff at the Richmond Hospital Emergency section for their very good work on the evening of our visit.
Admission and nursing staff were very kind and efficient.
I had left a “Thank you” card, along with homemade chocolate chip cookies at the ED desk a few days after my emergency trip. I had also left a card and bag of cookies with the ambulance service to make all the emergency team know how much I appreciated their assistance. I had written a letter to the local paper to mention to Richmond citizens how lucky we are to have such a marvelous medical team.
Richmond Hospital was great! They really looked after me. Thank you!
The nurses in the ED were amazing.
It is a wonderful system. Makes a patient feel they are totally taken care of. I have been a patient several times at Richmond Hospital. The care and service has always been excellent. Thank you.
