Ocean Wise Event next week

Sodexo is committed to purchasing and serving sustainable seafood.  We have teamed up with the Vancouver Aquarium’s Ocean Wise program to ensure we offer the most sustainable seafood.

To celebrate, we will be hosting an event at the Park Side Café on Wednesday, October 9th from 12pm-1pm.  There will be exhibition cooking; (sustainably caught) sake miso glazed sturgeon, fish cakes with mango salsa, education & prizes.  We hope to see you there!
