Almost perfect?

In his most recent blog post, Chief Operating Officer Mike Nader shares results from the surveyors’ debrief session that concluded their recent site visit.

During that session, our guests from Accreditation Canada outlined numerous strengths of our organization and a few areas of opportunity. They also announced that we had met 98.2% of the criteria being measured and an incredible 99.4% in high priority areas – ethics, patient safety, risk management and quality improvement.
