Nursing Week in Richmond

To acknowledge and celebrate National Nursing Week from May 12-18th, a number of events have been organized across Vancouver Coastal Health. Events at Richmond Hospital include presentations and posters on 5 North, poster displays in the Parkside Cafe and a Rejuvenation Station, which is guided relaxation with music.

Other Nursing events are being held at locations across our community of care.

2014 Nurses Week

The theme for this year is “Nursing: A leading force for change” which speaks to the critical role nursing plays within our healthcare system.  Across the continuum of care and in all practice settings, Vancouver Coastal Health nurses are acting as change agents to support and facilitate change that impacts both those we serve and to our own work environments as professionals.
