Parking lots closed for maintenance

Once again it’s time to complete maintenance work on the two gravel lots at Richmond Hospital – the CHS lot by Westminster Hwy and the small lot by the Rotunda. The contractor (Trasolini Contracting) is planning to complete the entire job over a couple of hours on two mornings next week. Please note that staff who park in these areas will need to find alternate parking.

Details are as follows:

Tuesday, May 20

• Paladin Security will have the entire small gravel lot by the Rotunda and the EAST half of the CHS lot (the side that’s near the Quality Inn) barricaded before 6am Tuesday morning.
• The contractor will start working in the small lot by the Rotunda shortly after 6am next Tuesday. They should be done and re-open the small lot by around 7am to 7:30am. 
• The contractor will then proceed to the CHS lot to work on the barricaded east section at around 7:30am. This part of the job should take about two hours to complete but they will re-open parking stalls immediately after they are done.

Wednesday, May 21

• Paladin Security will have the WEST half of the CHS lot (the side that’s near the WHC building) barricaded before 6am next Wednesday morning.
•  The contractor will start working in this barricaded section shortly after 6am and re-open stalls as soon as they are done.  This part of the work should take about two hours to complete. 

We want to thank Paladin Security for their help barricading the lots to accommodate the work. We also thank those impacted for their patience, understanding and cooperation not to park in the barricaded zone next week. It’s greatly appreciated.
