Window washing underway

Coastline Cleaning will be conducting exterior pressure washing and window cleaning at Richmond Hospital until Thursday, September 4th.

During this period, windows will need to be closed in your area so they can be properly cleaned.  Tentative start times for each area is as follows:

Monday, August 25th

• North Tower               4 – 5 days
• Awnings                        2 – 3 days

Tuesday, August 26th

• West Entrance              1 – 2 days
• North Entrance            1 – 2 days
• Emergency Entrance      1 – 2 days

Wednesday, August 27th

• Westminster                  2 – 3 days

Thursday, August 28th and Friday, August 29th would be a continuation of the above areas as required.

Tuesday, September 2nd

• South Tower                  2 – 3 days
• Main Entrance               2 – 3 days
• Facilities Trailer             1 day

Additional notification will be given to units/departments and housekeeping will assist in closing windows. Please plan on having these Contractors on site and in and around your areas for the duration of the next two weeks as the schedule may need to change.  Thank you to all for your cooperation and patience during this time.
