I was just wondering if all the classes of this sort have to be run at noon. A lot of us Can not have one hour lunch breaks.
I would be interested in one after 4 pm
    Thank you

      Hi Monica,

Currently the yoga sessions are run by a volunteer, who co-ordinates the classes (logistics, membership, liasion with instructor, etc). We can definitely put on another class that starts after work, however there needs to be at least 8 staff interested in joining and a volunteer co-ordinator. If you are interested or know of someone who would be interested in co-ordinating the classes, please have them give me a call at 604-244-5530. Thanks for your interest!

      Debbie
