Our renovated atrium is now open, and we are continuing to plan our new Patient and Family Resource Centre, located between the Gift Shop and Patient Information Desk. To date, the working group has had fruitful discussions on how this should/could look going forward, with involvement from community representatives through Community Engagement.

On a related note, a temporary, part-time “Health Education Coordinator” position has been posted. This role will begin November 1st and end March 31, 2015. We will evaluate operations of the centre and this role on a continuous basis, from go-live onward.
