T’ai Chi classes at Richmond Hospital
No experience necessary. T’ai chi is a self-healing system of slow, graceful exercises that combine movement, meditation and rhythmic breathing to improve well-being and prevent illness.
Starting next week, our very own Kim Eang, from Staffing, will lead the new session. She has been teaching this martial art form for more than 15 years!
Dates: Tuesdays, Nov. 4 to Dec. 30
Time: 4:15-5:15pm

Cost: Fitness members: $16 for all 8 sessions
Non-fitness members: $60 for all 8 sessions
Drop ins welcome: $3 members/session, $8 non-members/session
