Dear Richmond staff, physicians and volunteers:

As the holiday season approaches, and we come to the end of another year, I – on behalf of the entire Richmond Senior Leadership Team – would like to wish you Happy Holidays and offer a heartfelt thank you for your commitment to providing high quality care across Richmond Acute, Residential and Community.

VCH Richmond thrived the past year because of your hard work and creativity.

Whether you provided care to our youngest patients in our new Short Stay Pediatric Unit, taught new moms about newborn care, or helped to prevent falls in one of our residential care facilities, or had a hand in delivering essential supporting or administrative services, staff across the Richmond Community of Care worked tirelessly throughout 2015 to improve the health and well-being of patients, clients and residents.

Every day you all give so much to others with that special mix of skill, caring and compassion. For this reason I sincerely hope that you take some time for yourselves to celebrate with your loved ones, families and friends.
