Access the CMS on April 26
Beginning at 0700 (7:00 a.m.) on Tuesday, April 26th, you’ll access the CMS using the new green “T” icon.
The new CMS icon can be found in the VPP Applications folder on your Desktop. You’ll also use your own health authority username and password to sign in to the CMS. Don’t remember your network ID? Please contact the VCH Service Desk at (604) 875-4334 or servicedesk@vch.ca for assistance.
Go-live support from April 26 to May 9
For help using the CMS, please speak with your department’s Super User. Super Users will be easy to spot as they’ll be wearing green t-shirts.
If you can’t locate your department’s Super User, please contact the onsite CMS Command Centre located in the Rotunda at (604) 278-9711 Extension 4255. Please note the Command Centre will be moved to Meeting Room 3 for May 3rd and May 5th only. The Command Centre is open 24/7 from April 26th at 7:00 a.m. to May 9th at 12:00 p.m. (noon). After May 9th, we ask that you direct your CMS questions to the VCH Service Desk.
