Grateful patients express their thanks
Two letter of thanks to share…
“An expression of gratitude”
I am writing to express my most sincere gratitude for the outstanding medical attention that I received with my complex ankle fracture. I had surgery on June 2, performed by Dr. Lu who did a superb job.
From the first time I met Dr. Lu, he demonstrated the ultimate in competence and professionalism that I had hoped for. When one has broken bones, one craves the human qualities of empathy and caring….I am also grateful to Dr. Lister, the anesthesiology, who met me and prepared me for what I could expect at the surgery, This is a very important step from a patient’s perspective. I am very grateful to Dr. Lister for the pivotal role he played in this process, and the care and attention that he provided.
There are others who contributed to the positive nature of my hospital experience and to whom I am very grateful. I do apologize for not knowing their last names. They include: Michele, Dixie, Shirley, and Cherry.
Please accept my sincere expression of gratitude.
“Care provided with great respect and smiles”
On behalf of my wife and myself, we’d like to express our gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Yong You and Dr. Reza Hamidizadeh as well as the nurses from the hospital’s ED, 2South, surgical services, and 4North, and Nurse Elizabeth.
The care, service, skills, knowledge and expertise provided to me during my stays at Richmond Hospital over February and March were provided with efficiency, respect and great smiles. Dr. You and Dr. Hamidizadeh are great communicators and they spent time to provide us with information and took time to answer our questions with great respect and consideration.
I am on good recovery and am very satisfied with the outcomes of my surgery.
