“We saw first-hand just how dedicated and hard-working the staff truly is”
A heartfelt thank you from a grateful family member…
My mother was admitted to Richmond Hospital in February. At the age of 86, with a failing kidney and a host of other issues, she was quite a handful for nursing staff at 2 South, even with my help and my sister’s as well. I would like to congratulate you and thank you for having such an excellent staff on hand to look after your many patients, and my mother in particular.
My sister and I took turns staying with our mother overnight at the hospital because we knew that our mother would feel more comfortable knowing a family member was nearby in case she woke up in the middle of the night needing help with something. And during these extended hours of our daily visit to the hospital, we saw first-hand just how dedicated and hard-working the staff truly is.
I’d like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to Brent, Connie, Jill, Mona and Aaron whom, I believe, was a student. All were incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the time of my mother’s stay at the hospital.
I also want to single out Nurse Bobbie as quite simply the most caring, selfless and professional healthcare worker I’ve ever seen. She truly made an enormous difference to what my mother experiences and I was very thankful for her having been on duty during part of that time.
My mother is now at home. I wanted to be certain that the wonderful staff at Richmond Hospital is aware of their contribution to the cause.
Thank you once again and congratulations on having such a fine group of professionals on your staff.
