Pink Shirt Day at South Community Health Centre

The staff at South Community Health Center had a successful “pink shirt/antibullying/respectful workplace” day. Our huge potluck lunch was filled with a variety of multi-ethnic food and desserts, and even on a busy day of regular service delivery, almost all staff (including Home Health, Public Health, Primary Care, Program Support, Security & Students) were able to attend ! Getting our group “photo-op” next to the very busy Knight Street traffic with passing by motorists and truck drivers honking their horns & waving in support, was an uplifting way to end our event !
