We’re moving! UBCH clinic closure dates set
Starting in January, 2014, Vancouver Coastal Health’s Alzheimer’s, Movement Disorders and MS clinicswillreceive patients at The Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health (CBH). The centre is located next door to the Koerner Pavilion on the UBC Hospital campus.
To minimize disruption to service, the clinics will close and complete their moves into CBH over the winter holiday season:
Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Clinic
- closed Dec. 21, 2013, through Jan. 2, 2014
Movement Disorders Clinic
- closed Dec. 24, 2013, through Jan. 1, 2014
Multiple Sclerosis Clinic
- closed Dec. 20, 2013, through Jan. 12, 2014 (excluding research-related appointments)
The Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health is a new and truly unique facility in Canada. Uniting patient clinics and research, the centre will bring all the multidisciplinary areas of brain health under one roof to enhance patient care and your visit experience. Other VCH clinics, as well as clinical trials/clinical research staff, will move into CBH in 2014.
