“It bordered on unbelievable.”

After suffering a concussion and brain damage, one client is very grateful for the outstanding care he received  from his occupational therapist — Jennifer Loffree — at GF Strong’s Early Response Concussion Service.  Here’s why:

“To whom it may concern at Vancouver Coastal Health,

I’ve been on your website, trying to find a person to send a commendation to, about an Occupational Therapist I was assigned to when I received a concussion and some brain damage. The OT’s name is Jennifer Loffree and she works at the GF Strong concussion clinic. your website kept me going in circle for quite some time, unable to find an address, or person in specific, to whom I could email, regarding the incredible help and work Ms. Loffree did with and for me. She went far beyond the call of duty to help me in more ways than I’m capable of counting. People like her, who do their work with integrity, passion and loyalty are seemingly rare these days. The fact that you have Jennifer Loffree working at GF Strong, has shown me what a high level of care your organization provides. It also demonstrates that she is exceptional on a professional and a personal level. She treated me with such respect, empathy and true human interaction, it bordered on unbelievable. I simply cannot say enough good things about this woman.

I would like to see Ms. Loffree commended by a supervisor, as well, I want it to be known that I am eternally grateful for the services provided by GF Strong concussion clinic, and by Jennifer Loffree, specifically.

If there is anyone else whom I can/should contact to ensure that Ms. Loffree receives this commendation and that her supervisor is aware of what an incredible job she is doing, please forward me such name and email address. Jennifer Loffree saved me from slipping between the cracks and merely coming another statistic.
