It’s official! Parm Pannun new PSM at UBCH

We are very pleased to announce that Parm Pannun has accepted the permanent position of patient services manager (PSM) of the Transitional Care Unit at UBC Hospital. Since April 2013, Parm has been providing support as the interim PSM in TCU.

Parm Pannun’s advancing career includes terms as a clinical educator, patient care coordinator and a Langara College instructor.

Prior to her interim PSM role, Parm was in a care management leader role at VGH. Parm began her nursing career at Shaughnessy in 1989 as a surgical RN and came over to VGH in 1993. Recognized for her clinical and leadership skills, over the next few years Parm successfully assumed roles including clinical educator, patient care coordinator, as well as instructor for Langara College. Parm completed her undergrad in nursing at UBC, and her Masters in leadership from Royal Roads in 2008.
