Give the hottest tix in town for Christmas!

The Vancouver Canucks have won twelve games and lost only six. They are second in their division, second in the NHL in goals for, and tied for second for number of wins on the road. That is a pretty impressive record.

So far, this success has not had much effect on ticket sales. It is bound to eventually. Vancouver fans are smart. Once they do the math, thousands will jump on the bandwagon – including your friends and family. Chances are this will not happen for a month or so. By then, will there be any tickets left? Could be… if you act now. Imagine how those you love will feel on Christmas morning when they pull the hottest ticket in town out of their stocking.

Once again Volunteer Resources – Vancouver Acute and Residential Care – is asking VCH employees, physicians, Residents and students, as well as the staff of our contractors, to express their support for volunteers and to help those patients who are most in need by buying Canucks tickets. This is a great cause, and it may also be a chance for you to show friends and family how much you care (and to demonstrate your foresight and impressive knowledge of hockey).

We have tickets in the Upper Bowl II to ten home games between Christmas and the end of the regular season. Each ticket is priced 10% LOWER than face value – and unlike Ticketmaster, we don’t charge an additional handling fee.

How to order your tickets

To order tickets from Volunteer Resources, complete the attached VCH 2014-15 Canucks Tickets Order Form, scan it, and email it with the word ‘Canucks’ in the subject line to vhvolunteer@vch.ca. We will respond ASAP to let you know if we have the tickets you’ve requested.

Quantities are limited, so get your orders in early. Your chances of getting tickets are much higher if you indicate on the order form what your first, second and third choices for games are. Only emailed orders that include your credit card number and your signature will be accepted. Please do not fax the form to us or provide a hardcopy. For the first time this year, we are accepting payment by credit card only – no cash or cheques.
