Congrats to award winner Taryn Millway!

Taryn Millway has received the 2014 CAREstream/BCSRT Respiratory Excellence Award. Sponsored by the British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists, this award is presented to a frontline respiratory therapist in B.C. who provides exemplary service to their patients and profession as recognized by their peers.

Taryn is a seasoned professional coming up to 20 years of experience as a frontline respiratory therapist! She is a familiar face around VGH representing Respiratory Therapy with her clinical expertise and patient advocacy.

Taryn is an asset to our Respiratory Therapy team here at VGH and well deserving of this award. A mentor to new staff, a resource to all team members and, most importantly, a strong patient advocate. We are lucky to have Taryn lead our Respiratory Therapy team here at VGH. A true leader in our profession.
