Thank you for helping us raise $425,000

More than $425,000 was raised in this year’s “Be an Angel, Give an Angel” campaign, which concluded on January 5.

During the campaign, nearly 1,000 people wrote personalized messages to honour the angels in their lives and made donations to VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation. Hundreds of doctors and health care teams were recognized by patients, families and colleagues during the campaign, and their heartfelt messages – written on angel ornaments – were displayed in the winter wonderland located in VGH’s Diamond Family Courtyard.

Since 2001, our VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation’s Angel Campaign has raised more than $2.4 million to support our hospitals’ most urgent needs, helping to purchase equipment, fund the latest research and advance patient care.
