You’ve probably heard about “Home is Best”, but what exactly is it? And what does it mean for you and the patients/clients in your care?

Developed in consultation with Vancouver staff, this forum will focus on our “Home is Best” (HIB) philosophy. Join Vancouver’s senior leaders and your colleagues for their real-life stories of helping our patients/clients return — and remain — home. Together, we’ll have a wide-ranging discussion about why HIB matters, what we’re learning ­– and why Home is Best isn’t always best for everyone.

Following the forum, we’re hosting a Home is Best Fair (3:30 to 4:00 pm) in the Paetzold Atrium. Learn more about Vancouver Community programs and services helping our shared patients/clients live at home.
