2nd temporary lane closure at VGH inner courtyard
We can see the Joseph and Rosalie Segal Family Health Centre is gaining momentum as construction crews are busy building the first few levels and the framework is beginning to take shape.
In order to keep construction moving quickly, an additional temporary lane closure will be located between Willow Pavilion and the construction site from October 6 – October 13. This will affect vehicular access along the Willow Street lane and 11th Ave lane in the VGH inner courtyard.
Pedestrian access to the passageway running alongside the construction site will be maintained; however, it is recommended you allow yourself additional time for travel, as the area will be busy. You will be unable to drive through this area at this time.
Please view the below image as a visual aid of the lane closures. Both the Willow St. lane and 11th Ave. lane will be re-opened to vehicular traffic starting October 14.
