How to get a better night’s rest

While you may initially enjoy an extra hour of sleep this Sunday, after setting back the clocks for daylight savings time, your body will be paying for it throughout the week, says Dr. John Fleetham, co-director of UBCH’s Sleep Disorders Program. Dr. Fleetham and a panel of experts will be speaking at VGH this Thursday evening (Oct. 29) to discuss the effects of sleep deprivation as well as techniques on how to get a better night’s sleep.
