Free event Jan 13. Hear stories of hope from people affected by mental health.

Share stories of strength this January 13

We all suffer with depression at some point in our lifetime. And January can be a particularity hard month for many of us dealing with the cold, the darker hours, and the post-holiday blues.  What’s important to know is that you are not alone in feeling this way.

Me Too Conversations Vol. 2 is an event where individuals can share their personal stories of hope, resilience and innovation in the face of mental illness. The idea is that by talking about mental health and how it affects us all, we can reduce the stigma that keeps people from seeking help. A roster of speakers, including award-winning blogger Natasha Tracy, who lives with bipolar disorder, will be there to bring their own inspiring and witty perspectives.
