Attention VGH pedestrians and fitness buffs

Construction of a new sidewalk on the west side of the VGH Fitness & Wellness Centre begins September 12.

The work will take about three weeks, making the centre’s side door on the west wall temporarily inaccessible for entry and unsuitable for exiting the building. Access to the centre through the front door facing the 11^th Avenue lane won’t be affected.

For pedestrians crossing the hospital campus, an alternative footpath in the Willow Lane will be available during sidewalk construction.
