You’re Invited: Open House at Heatley CHC on January 22 from 1-4pm

After five years of intensive consultation, planning and implementation, the work VC set out to accomplish through the DTES 2^nd Generation Strategy is substantially completed and we have a new model of care. The new model brings together existing services into three integrated Community Health Centres (CHC) – Pender, Powell and Heatley. This new model of care will be fully implemented across the DTES as of January 23, 2018.

Of course, we wouldn’t have been able to accomplish what we have without the dedication and commitment of our VCH Vancouver staff and physicians!

You are warmly invited to an Open House at the newly renovated Heatley CHC on January 22 from 1p.m. to 4p.m.
