The Flu Shot Reporting Line will be open until December 21. If you got your flu shot at a pharmacy, a public health unit or from your family physician, please report it. Call the Flu Shot Reporting Line at 1-855-358-3580 or email flushot@whcallcentre.ca until December 21!
