CST Project Update: CST team takes next step for project

Last Thursday morning, the CST Project Management team held a long-awaited session to develop a clinical vision that will guide the work in the Design, Build, and Integrate (DBI) phase of the project.

The CST clinical vision will:

• Communicate the purpose of the project.
• Ensure the messaging about the project is consistent.
• Help engage stakeholders and build commitment for the project.
•  Summarize the project’s value to VCH, PHC, and PHSA.
