I am a Program Assistant which provides administrative support to 8 diverse programs within the health authority including Audiology, Child Health Clinic, and Diabetes Education & Healthy Heart.

What’s your favourite thing about your work?
The people. I have made some great friendships through all the individuals I have had the opportunity to work with.

How does your work contribute to the VCH True North goals?
I am always professional and deliver excellent customer service to all clients coming in for services.

One thing we might be surprised to learn about you:
I’ve been skydiving in New Zealand.

Three things you always have in your fridge:
Humus, yogurt and cheese.

What makes you happy?
My incredibly supportive family, friends, and passion for new challenges.

Most healthy habit:
I try to eat as healthy as possible, get lots of sleep, and exercise! I always feel better when I do these three things.

Favourite vacation spot:
Parksville on Vancouver Island.
